Collections & Return
- Collection/Delivery: Thursday or Friday (10am – 5pm);
Return/Pick Up: Monday or Tuesday (10am – 5pm)
Except Public Holidays.
- Late Return will be charged at 30% of the Rental Fees.
Bookings & Payment
- You may place your order tru website, we will send you the order confirmation and payment details as soon.
- Reservation is upon payment made.
- Once payment made, order can’t be cancelled nor refunded as we have already reserved all the props. Credits might applied for certain circumstances based on the management decisions.
- A security deposit to ensure the safe handling of the rental items. Higher security deposit for high value items.
- And it will be REFUNDED by Friday tru Online Transfer after the item is returned in Good Condition On Time.
- Delivery & Pick up can be arranged within Klang Valley. Charges ranging from RM50-150 per trip, depending on the size, quantity of the items & delivery area.
- Our delivery man are not allowed to assemble or disassemble the items that you ordered. If any damage/ wrong item delivered, kindly take photo and WhatsApp us upon receiving.
- The responsible of delivery man is delivery and pick up the props only and not included setup or teardown service. There will be extra charges for set up and tear down service.
Damages or Loss
- The hirer shall keep the rented items in good condition and is responsible for replacing any damage or loss that may occur.
- Rented Items are to be returned in Clean & Good Condition as in how we handed to hirer or will be charged at RM10-50 for Handling & Cleaning Fees per item.
- For All Linen Rental, please take note that Candle Wax Stain and Cake Cream is hardly be removed, as a result, it will be charged at original price.
- Packaging, wrapping materials, boxes or bags are to be returned as in how we handed to hirer or will be charged at RM10-50 for Handling & Replacing fees per item.
